I am celebrating that the Weekend is here with a Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake… “Kladdkaka”. Very yummy, rich and chocolaty….Mmmmm… 😀
Recipe (makes 9 slices)
- 100 gr unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 dl granulated sugar
- 2 ½ dl plain flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
Grease a round spring form cake tin.
Melt the butter on a low heat. Whisk the eggs and the sugar until fluffy and then add the butter.
Mix the flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar and salt and stir it down into the egg mixture.
Stir carefully to smooth the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
